The law requires any employer to have access to “competent” advice in relation to their health and safety responsibilities. You can either get this advice internally by employment, or, as is commonly the case for small to medium sized business – through an external resource. And that’s what we provide – advice on health and safety related matters through the writing of policies, processes, templates, training analysis, helpline support, inspections, audits, accident investigations and audits. These are set out on an annual basis with a service level agreement contract and are highly relevant to PPQ and accreditation applications. Most bigger organisations will employ internally for this advice, so we intentionally target the small to medium sized businesses to practically provide this function.
